Sites are located in the Barnyard area with great proximity to all the Barnyard attractions!
Site information:
- 4 benches per site.
- 2 picnic tables per site.
- Choose from sites with or without a canopy.
- Fires are started prior to arrival. Additional wood is provided.
- Recommended maximum of 30 people per site.
~ Bundle your admissions, party perks and food with a Birthday Party Package - 3 options available. Not interested in any packages, no problem! Just reserve the space and create your own party.
~ Outside food is permitted. NO GRILLING or ALCOHOL is allowed. Roasting sticks provided if Hot Dog or S'mores packages purchased.
~ Moderate decorating is permitted.
~ Must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, roasting sticks (sticks provided in food package purchase), etc.

**Admission to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is not included in the rental fee and is required for all guests. Group discount (20+ admissions) available with online, pre-purchased tickets ($2.00 off (online price) per ticket). Discount is not offered at Admissions. Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season.
• All campfire attendees 3 years old and older must have paid admission to the farm.
• Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season.
• No grilling or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• The renter must check in at the Guest Services booth prior to going to the rental area. Admissions included in birthday party packages will be obtained at check in and MUST be used the day of the rental.
• Group must have rental area cleaned up and vacated promptly by the end of the reserved time. Rental areas close when property closes.
• Rentals are available during CCAF's regular business hours.
• Cake orders must be placed no fewer than 4 business days before scheduled rental.
• Campfire Cancellation up to 30 days prior to visit – Cherry Crest Adventure Farm will refund the amount paid for the rental site & packages. Cancellation for cake orders is needed 48 hours in advance of a scheduled party or party will be charged for the cake.
• Campfire Cancellation within 30 days of visit – No refund will be issued.
• Inclement Weather Policy:
If Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes due to inclement weather the Campfire Fee & Packages will be refunded. Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm may wait until the afternoon to make a decision on the availability of evening events.
